Note: Be wary of other bulk messaging services that offer free messaging via QR code scans. These services are unauthorized by WhatsApp and can lead to your phone number being banned.

The free plan allows you to add a limited number of contacts and send messages to them. There are also some feature limitations. This plan is ideal for testing the tool to see if it meets your requirements.

To add more contacts or access additional features offered in our paid plans, you can upgrade your account.

Yes, there is. WhatsApp imposes a daily messaging cap based on your phone number’s Status, Quality Rating, and the frequency of your business’s unique customer interactions within a rolling 24-hour period.

Initially, the limit is set at 250 messages per day. Once your business is verified on the Meta portal, this limit increases to 1,000 messages per day.

As you continue to use the API and maintain high-quality interactions, WhatsApp gradually raises this limit to 10,000, then 100,000, and eventually to an unlimited number of messages per day.

Important Note: These limits are determined by WhatsApp, not by our tool. Your MessageHup subscription plan does not influence this daily messaging limit. Upgrading your MessageHup plan will not increase your daily messaging allowance.

You can link multiple WhatsApp phone numbers to a single MessageHup account and switch between them from the dashboard at any time.

Each phone number will require its own subscription plan, which can be either free or paid, depending on the features you need for that number.

Yes, your subscription will be automatically renewed according to the duration you chose (monthly or yearly). The payment method used for your initial purchase will be charged again at renewal.

We will send you a reminder a few days before your subscription expires. If you wish, you can cancel or pause the renewal at any time before the end of your current subscription period.

Message templates are pre-defined messages that businesses create and send to WhatsApp for approval. Each message template is reviewed by WhatsApp to ensure the quality of messages sent on the platform. Once approved, businesses can use these templates to send messages to their contacts.
